Hey everyone, likely no one. Does anyone still read this thing? I haven't updated in over three years. There have been quite a few changes in that time, but I won't get into all that. I'm more interested in seeing who actually is still on here. It's been pretty cold up here. I had to scrape ice off my car today. That's something I never had to deal with back in Deerfield. That actually happened a few times in Tallahassee, but back then I would just use that as an
excuse to go back to bed.

Ever feel like you need a change? Not a specific change, just any change. I guess that's when people usually go out and buy something expensive that they don't need and probably won't use. I think that the whole thing is fleeting anyways. I suppose that since I never write in here, that this will be 'change' enough for at least a few minutes. I have a few ideas for change in mind. Some very expensive, some very drastic, and a few are both! But ultimately, I don't think it will really make much difference. Hummmm. Oh well.

Do you ever feel like you're waiting for something and it just never comes? I have for a while. I guess that's why I was always able to relate to the play Waiting for Godot. I haven't gotten to the point in the play where they decide that hanging themselves sounds like a good idea... but I'm getting bored with my current circumstances. I don't know what I want... truthfully, I'm not even sure what it is that I'm 'waiting for.' If anyone has any ideas, I welcome them.

Today was pretty cool. Although I didn't really do anything exciting I still had a great time. I met up with lisa (sorta) and had lunch with gina at the pool she works at. I ended up hanging out there all day. There are some crazy people working there. I will have to go back and visit again. Then, my old friend tara showed up there. It was a complete suprise to me, but i havent seen her in years and it was really cool seeing her again and talking about all the crazy stuff we use to do, etc. Also, I saw a bunch of old, fat people in speedos and man-thongs which i could do without, but o well. Now, I'm just sitting around for ty and ryan to get out of the movies so we can go to denny's. Truely a good day... minus the fact that i didnt feel good, and i cut my finger (trigger finger!!) half off a few hours ago. MINOR DETAILS, right? So, I'm in a good mood, which is also nice. I was supposed to close on my property in tally today, but its been delayed till next week... typical real estate... anyways, have a good night/day whatever and you should definately call me so we can hang out... unless i dont know u... but then you wouldnt have my number - so HA on you buddy! OK, i should go now. BYEEE!

Hello everyone. Whats going on? The last few weeks have been crazy for me. Between trips to pensacola, gainesville, tallahassee, and panama city, along with working with the bank daily trying to get my accounts and investments set up, also doing paperwork and trying to get ready for the impending storm season, along with hanging out with all my friends, it has been very hectic and exhausting, but also a lot of fun. I think I am mostly feeling drained. I must admit that I was in a bad mood when I wrote my last post, so thats bascially what that was all about. The past month has been pretty cool. I had a party a few weeks ago. That was pretty cool. The only thing about it was that nobody ever seems to want to commit to a party. So, I had like 15 people who said they might come. Well, I bought enough stuff for like 10 people figuring that some people wouldnt show up... but in the end, everyone that i invited showed up and I even had a few party crashers! I also got thrown into the pool, although some would have you believe that i fell in ;) Lets see, i bought some land near tallahassee that I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with. I like the idea of living there, but I'm not sure that I am ready to let go of my hometown. Last week I went to a Marlin's game with some friends and they actually won!!! I was rather suprised, but it was a lot of fun. This weekend I took my phone swimming with me which was really stupid idea. I am going crazy not having it!!! But I'm getting a new one on wednesday! Yipee!!!!! So I think thats all i have to talk about right now. If I think of something else I will let you know.

So far, I'm not really impressed with 2006! It's almost half over... and all i can say is that I'm not impressed. Maybe life really is downhill after graduation. I thought that was a myth! But this is what I have to say to you Mr. Calander Year 2006: you better shape up or I'm gunna have to open a can up on your butt! There are some interesting things going on... but the scale is tipping in the wrong direction.
I was doing some research today on the 2006 hurricane season... most of you know why this interests me. So far what the "experts" are saying is that we are going to have 7-10 hurricanes this year. Between 2 and 5 are expected to be Cat 3 or higher (110 mph+). Of those 2-5, the probability of landfall on the east coast is almost 70%. The probability of that hit to be located in florida is almost 75%. Basicaly, a conservative estimate of our chances of getting nailed down here is 50/50. Considering that a Cat 5 cyclone hit australia just recently, it stands to reason that this year will be another busy one as far windy weather goes. I'd say that you should be ready by May, cuz thats what I'm doing. Anyways, this has been a random public service announcement.

OK, so I think I may be moving to North Carolina. Why, you ask? Well, first and foremost... BECAUSE I CAN!!! Also, has anyone looked at the prices of housing down here. I can't even afford to live in a neighborhood where I would most likely be murdered!!!! Plus, my brother already lives there and my parents are building a house there right now. It makes sense. I would still be coming down for work and stuff though. I'm not 100% sure yet. Nothing is set in stone but as it stands now that option is looking pretty good. We'll see. It depends largely on a few things: 1). if anyone presents a good enough argument to keep me here, 2). if I can find a nice house that isn't $20 million in S. Florida, and 3). if I get that job in Boca that I supposedly have a shot at. If not for those three things, I could safely say that I am outta here! But, we will see. So, anyways, not much else going on here at the moment. I got to see Tasha last nite and Ty. Things are good, but boring. Call me if ur bored like me :)

Oh My, I almost forgot to make my annual pre-valentines day bitter entry. I'm not really having any bitter feelings at the moment but this is, after all, tradition! So here is where I say that valentine's day is a stupid 'made-up' holiday and that it sucks. There... I did it. Almost jinxed the rest of the year! *phew* OK I'm going to Denny's Happy February everyone!!! HAHA oh, and Black history month TOO!
